This week's task is for us to make a poem using this website.
This is magnetic poetry kit (click here to try). You can do it from anywhere.
This is a really simple game. You just need to drag the words from the right side of the screen to the blank space. You can also add a title and author name.
We were working in groups. This time, I am grouping with Jecelyn (again) (click here to view her blog) and Rafaela (click here to view her blog)
After being confused and crazy for about an hour, we came up with this.... unique poem.
Interesting, huh?
After we all finished, we all need to read the poem for the class.
Entertained with the results, we made another poem. This time, we working as a class. Each person pick one word, and the next person continues the sentence.
In the end, we came up with this.
I have absolutely no idea what it means, but it is kinda poetic. Hooray for VA1M!

For our homework, we need to make another poem using this website. This time, it's supposed to be about love.
These are the words I am using.
And this is the result.

looking into his kind and loving eyes is like staring at the universe, full of stars, it lifted my spirit away. surrounded in peace by the river we sat, drinking wine and never want to let go.
If you have an iPad, there is an application that does the same thing. It's called Poetry Magnets. Here is a preview of the app.
This app basically is the same like the website but it has more words in it and it does not need internet connection. So in case you're feeling poetic but you do not have internet on your side, use this app.
